2, To prevent condensate or oil from flowing into the solenoid valve coil, it is better to install the coil upward or horizontally
3, Blow away the miscellanies such as dust, oil pollution and chips in the pipeline to avoid influencing the action and damage of solenoid valves
4, Internal pilot type pneumatic solenoid valve, can not assemble the throttle valve at the inlet, to prevent the pressure drop too large during reversing from malfunction
5, The pneumatic solenoid valve shall be installed as close to the cylinder as possible: First: reduce air consumption; second: respond quickly
6, Please make sure completely insert the air pipe to the end and confirming that the air pipe cannot be pulled out then use it
7, Although our solenoid coil is 100% ED, long-term energized will cause overheating, deterioration of insulation and loss of energy. In case of continuous power on for a long time, the solenoid valve with memory function shall be used to shorten the power on time, extend the service life of the coil and save energy consumption
8, Do not use the manual button when the solenoid valve is energized
9, The operating voltage, Action frequency, working pressure and working temperature range of the solenoid valve shall be within the specified range, so as to avoid the poor action of the solenoid valve or burning the coil
10, Solenoid valve is installed in the control cabinet. If it is energized for a long time, attention should be paid to the ventilation and heat dissipation of the control cabinet to ensure that the temperature in the cabinet is within the solenoid valve's working temperature range
11, In order to prevent the two coils of the dual electrical pneumatic solenoid valve from being energized at the same time, the control circuit should be designed with chain protection
12, The main valve’s breathing hole and the pilot valve’s exhaust port must not be blocked or the exhaust hole is not smooth
13, DC type solenoid valve has polar indicator lights, pay attention to the positive and negative poles when wiring. Connect “1” to the positive pole, and “2” to the negative pole. If connection is inversed, the indication lights will not shine but valves can still work.
