Float Type Drain Valve/NCP-20

The float type automatic drain valve is a compressed air condensate automatic drain device, which belongs to continuous drip row. 

The NCP-PA68 compressed air condensate automatic drain is different from the traditional mechanical automatic drain in that it is a continuous drip drain. The shell is made of aluminum alloy, the surface is spray-cured, and the inner and outer walls are resistant to corrosion. A stainless steel floating ball drainage system is installed inside.

－ The actual use pressure and temperature cannot exceed the label.

－ Before installing the JAD20 drain, you should first remove the dirt, copper shavings, rust, etc. in the compressed air system. It is recommended to empty the system for 1 minute under full pressure before installing.

－ During installation, this automatic drain must be installed under the drainage device of the equipment, otherwise the condensate will be full and affect the drainage effect.

－ JAD20 drainage port can be used as a "free flow hole", or a drainage pipe can be installed.

Unscrew the manual drain button to allow the water and fluid in the drain to flow until the compressed air in the device enters the ball cylinder for several minutes, and then close the hand button. If the discharged water is more than 0.5 liters, it means that the automatic drain is blocked, and the drain must be thoroughly cleaned.

Disassemble the automatic drain at least once a year for internal fitting cleaning. When cleaning, you can use soapy water or detergent, do not use organic solvents, so as not to damage the rubber accessories
