Auto Drain Valves

Decompose, clean, and reverse in the following order:

A: Cut off the air at the inlet of the drain;

B: loosen the decompression screw to deflate;

C: Confirm that there is no pressure in the drain and remove the connecting screw sleeve;

D: Remove the coarse filter strainer;

E: Unscrew the drainage pipe, water cup, float, and drainage pipe counterclockwise to disassemble and remove the fine filter;

F: Remove the lever and take out the valve and float;

G: Use both hands to hold the cavity and the drain pipe carefully to separate them at a 90-degree angle, and take out the spring and the fine filter and the vent sheet;

H: Use a neutral lotion to thoroughly remove the stains, and use them in combination in the reverse order.

1. The highest working pressure is 1.0MPa.

2. The flow must be greater than 400L / min, and the pressure must be above 0.15MPa.

3. The main components for cleaning are the fine filter screen and the vent sheet, which directly affect the piston action.

4. When installing the drainage pipe, use a pipe with an inner diameter of 10 mm or more. The length must not exceed 5 meters. Do not bend the pipe upward.
