5, The pipeline should not be grounded, otherwise galvanic corrosion will be caused
6, In order to prevent the accumulation of fluid in the pipeline, an overflow valve needs to be installed in the circuit
Wiring:
1, The minimum cross-sectional area of the wiring is 0.5mm2
2, An electronic circuit should be used to avoid oscillation at the contact
3, When electronic components are easily damaged by overvoltage, the overvoltage suppressor should be associated with the coil overvoltage suppressor
4, The operating voltage range is -10% ~ +10% of the rated voltage. If a good response is required from the DC power supply, the voltage range should be within ±5% of the rated voltage. The voltage drop can be measured at the connection between the wire and the coil
5, The return voltage of the AC power supply is 20% or more of the rated voltage, and the return voltage of the DC power supply is 2% or more of the rated voltage
Installation:
1, About the installation direction of the solenoid valve
Please keep the coil vertically upward, the valve body inlet and outlet keep the horizontal direction to install the solenoid valve
2, Don't make the coil and insulation components heated, otherwise it will burn the coil, anti-freeze type, heater, only used for pipeline and valve body
3, Do not install it in the occasion of severe vibration. If it cannot be avoided, adjust the arm length to the minimum value to avoid resonance
Storage:
If the water fluid is to be stored for a long time, the moisture should be completely eliminated to prevent the rubber part from being corroded
Long-term opening or closing:
The valve switching time is affected by the fluid type and performance. For example, when the medium is pure water, the valve switching time should be at least once every 10 days. If the period is greater than 10 days, the system detection device should be installed. The valve cannot be used in the following working environments, such as emergency circuit breakers.

2, Fluid quality
Fluid impurities will accelerate the wear of the valve seat and the iron core. The adhesion of particles to the iron core and the sliding surface will reduce the valve function and cause the sealing function to fail. To avoid the above problems, a filter should be installed in front of the valve inlet, usually 80~100 mesh is recommended
3, When used for easy fuel or gas, please pay attention to prevent leakage at the inlet and outlet
4, If impurities and oil are not allowed in the fluid, no lubrication type should be used
5, When the operating conditions are close to the limits of the valve, the options and fluids may be different from the parameters in normal use. Appropriate choice should be made according to actual use
